Service
Prélude prepares personalised monthly readings from a natal chart for introspection and entertainment. One reading consumes one credit. No subscription or recurring charge is planned.
Credits and prices
The packs currently displayed are 1 credit at 7.99, 3 credits at 19.99 and 10 credits at 49.99. The French interface uses EUR exclusively and the English interface uses USD exclusively. Prélude operates under the French VAT franchise for small businesses set out in Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: VAT is not applicable and these amounts are final prices, with no VAT charged or deductible. Each invoice bears the statement « TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI », and Stripe automatic tax is disabled by design.
Payment and delivery
Before purchase, two separate, versioned, unchecked local consents request acceptance of the Terms of Sale and confirmation of legal age. The server records canonical values and its own timestamp before requesting a hosted Stripe Checkout Session. Stripe processes payment and Prélude does not store card details. The account email is sent to Stripe and a Stripe Customer is created or used to enable a one-time-payment invoice.
Withdrawal
General information is provided on the withdrawal page. No blanket waiver covers future readings when a pack is purchased. Unused credits retain the conservative fourteen-day treatment. Each new reading separately requests immediate performance and acknowledgement of the displayed withdrawal information. A transactional withdrawal form and a downloadable acknowledgement (secure_download channel) are available. Integrity hashes are not an electronic signature, proof of identity, or trusted timestamp. The acknowledgement is neither an eligibility decision nor refund confirmation.
